A TDG and possibly industry first! Christmas Canes are duck necks that have been carefully shaped into a candy cane format and air dried first. After which, marinated jerkies are wrapped around the dried necks and then freeze dried. This double drying process allows for the colour retention that you see, whilst ensuring it’s fully dried and extra crunchy!
All Christmas treats are packed in our limited edition packaging, great for gifting for just for yourself.

Ingredients
Green Christmas Cane: Duck neck marinated in honey and peppermint. Wrapped with beef eye round marinated in green spirulina powder.
Red Christmas Canes: Duck neck marinated in honey and peppermint. Wrapped with pork loin marinated in beetroot juice.
